I’m Jorge Bassante. 

Growing up in Ecuador’s bustling streets, I faced daily challenges—one being my visual impairment. While many saw that as a roadblock, I embraced it as a unique lens for tackling adversity. Graduating summa cum laude proved that unwavering focus can shatter even the tallest barriers.

My professional path led me from finance to the HVAC industry in the United States—a bold leap that demanded grit, strategic thinking, and the courage to learn on the fly. Within a few years, I transformed a modest startup into a $3 million operation. Along the way, I discovered the key to success lies in embracing challenges, leveraging them as stepping stones, and staying relentless in the face of setbacks.

Today, I channel these insights into investing in and advising other home services businesses, guiding them to streamline operations, boost profitability, and position for lucrative exits. If my journey teaches anything, it’s that with the right mindset, no challenge is insurmountable.
